I have three buy-to-lets and through next year the mortgages fall due for the capital repayment. The total mortgage value is £280K and the equity ( at 75% LTV ) is £210K.
Is there any way that I can raise the money to repay the mortgages?
I do have any other assets to use.
Grateful for advice. Thank you.
