Does anyone know how much (%) you need for a £250k house?

Typically 10%-15%.
Depends on the lender you're using. Some may want more.0 -
The bigger your deposit the better the rate you will get.
You will need at least £25k (10%) .. but you will not get a 'good' rate with that and some lenders wont accept you.I work in finance

Thank you, I think £250 is slightly out of our range in that case! Maybe I'll find something for £200k and have a bit of a life as well

Remember to also factor in initial costs (solicitors, valuation fee, cost of moving in, changing locks etc, new furniture, contingency costs etc etc)0
