I have a piece of land which I have planning permission on and I have no intentions to begin the project yet.
Wondering what could I put on the site to try and benefit from it??
Any ideas?

Foundations.
If you don't have the ground work in the permission will expire 2(?) years after it was granted.0 -
Vegetables?
(and foundations)make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Where is the site? Car parking is always an option as is advertising.0

You might as well start building now when there are still some builders. It will be at least 10 years before house prices start rising.0

Is it full or outline PP?
I think full lasts 5 yrs before you need to start or renew. Outline is 2. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I plan to start the founds and then cover it up again,-small scheme.
Cant help with what you could use land for , you'd need to tell us roughly where, what current land use is and size of plot.Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
If you could get maybe 10-15 apartments on it you could try approaching the social housing sector. Their website is NIFHA. As Artytarty said if you could advise where it is and the size of it that would be helpful.0
