Mad rectified the situatuin today..... Mad 1-0 Trouts......now put that load away:rotfl:

Love it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: perhaps we could set up the CUSTOMER v TROUT league tables.

1 point/goal for standing up to a TROUT and getting coupons accepted
2 points/goals for giving them shopping to relocate after coupon refusal
3 points/goals for sucessfull complaint to Head Office resulting in Gift Card and Store Retraining on coupon policy

Think our local store may feature regularly:D:D:D

Many thanks! My kids love BC pancakes and we ran out of them since DTD's over. Just a quick note for first buyers: don't make my mistake-read the instructions first before taking off the coupon and going to pay (or get extra money back in this case!). :) There is a bit that tells you to fill the bottle with water to a certain level (shown on the bottle)!

The level you fill it to is actually where the top of the coupon meets the label! So is okay to take the coupon off and still know where to fill it to :) you can just see half of the words 'Fill to here' without the coupon on the bottle :j

    *rolls eyes*

i thought we were told to put it in bold blue if we want a link removed... which is what i did.. i said "if" because its not working for some of us... maybe it just.. so i used "if" so IS can check it out?

    sheesh!

from what i can see , im being targeted and pin pointed.. anything i say is pulled up on n questioned.. so from now on i wont be posting again on this thread... in fact the whole forum.

I thought I'd leave it for a day to all settle down and then... this... !!!!!!?

Weren't things just tickety-boo as they were? OK, IS found it all a bit too much, understandably, and posted for help although about 99% of us interpreted this post as IS wanting to step down. Moneytight, albeit a newbie, volunteered her expertise (from running a previous forum) and her precious time, but has received, it seems to me, nothing but contempt. Then there were the childish and picky posts over an abbreviated name - oh, for goodness sake! Does no-one have a s.o.h anymore?

I always found this forum and this thread in particular a welcome release from the real world and all the stresses my own life has, in ample supply. Coming on here, a little bit of banter here and there, was like standing under an umbrella, a little bit of protection from the crap of real life. Best of all - we all shared the same thing - a deep seated love of getting the legitimate better of a big bossy supermarket.

Then all of a sudden this all blows up.

Ive enjoyed meeting you guys on here, exchanging life stories, and supporting anyone who needs squishy hugs but I will now lurk in the shadows. Some of this just got plain nasty and all over what exactly?
Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

My alphabet-girls are with me every step of the way x

Just popping in for a short while.. nothing coupon related, apart from the fact I'll be using some and gift card, conditional spend, valued opinion rewards, to severely reduce Fridays shop :)

    Shopping for whoopsies tomorrow :)

I am sorry, that someone who offered to help us all, has been offended as she has been. Thank you Moneytight, for that generous offer. Perhaps you will look in on this thread from time to time

Time given by others is precious and a commitment. I do greatly value IS's time spent helping us. Her time though is limited too.

If you're back home yet TBN, then the oil shelf was empty when I went on Sunday just before closing, had only just read of that price!
