(Horrible feeling someone has already answered these questions)
Would they still count as one of your 8 items for the purpose of getting a valid Asda receipt“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

APG results back this morning include:
3x Airwick plug-in refills (got 3 flavours to increase the items needed for the APG) = £10.09 in ASDA (2 for £6 plus £4.09) versus £8.18 in Tesco (on 342) Used 3x £1 Airwick coupons
2x Velvet Compact tissues (blue box and purple box had different barcodes so again increasing number of items needed for the APG) = £3.00 (£1.50 each) in ASDA vs £2 in Tesco (2 for £2) Used 2 x 30p coupons from box tops.
HTHSxx
Velvet is now showing as £1.50 in both Tesco and Asda

Chat as separate threadIn Morrisons this morning packs of peppers (£1.40 I think) had stickers on them for £1 off Old Elpaso dinner kits, like these. I didnt check the price but in Tesco/Asda its on offer BOGOF or 2 for £3 - probally not on offer in Morrisons though, not on offer in Sainsburys either.
The Morrisons logo is on the front but it does not say anything about Morrisosn in the rules and regs - very very tiny writing though

Excellent, I have a very nice array of sticky toffee pudding in the fridge from this mornings Sainsburys deals (and mini spotted dicks and rhubard crumbles from last night reductions in sainsburys and some of the chocolate puds from Tesco meal deals as well :T )
Is this long life cartons or fridge items - just wondering what the expiry dates are like“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Chat as separate threadStill writing shopping lists and found this nice one
Dettol Antibacterial Multi-Action Wipes Green Apple (40)
£2.04 tesco/£1 Asda - nice one for a JTD voucher esp if you have a conditional spend as well

***cupcake*** wrote: »Thanks to Quoia on the newspaper thread - seems the DAILY STAR is doing a 4 page TESCO coupon special with £10 worth of coupons today. Not sure what form they take (hoping for a conditional spend not linked to product
) but might be worth taking a look?
xx
Apologies for recommending this - it seems the BIG writing announcing £10 saving at T's was a code written in miniature for 1st time shoppers only  GRRRRR.
Not happy with this (though I did recoup my 30p on the free doughnut).
Shockingly misleading.
Sorryxx

An aside to couponing but if you are unable to find the:
10p choccy custard (http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Desserts/Ambrosia_Chocolate_Devon_Custard_465g.html),
or the 30p low fat custard (http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Desserts/Ambrosia_Low_Fat_Devon_Custard_500g.html),
or the 10p lemon and lime jelly (http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Desserts/Hartleys_Lemon_And_Lime_Jelly_125g.html)
in Mr T's then try buying it in ASDA and submit the receipt in the morning for the APG. All are showing on MySupermarket so should compare. (Remember 8 different items needed to qualify).
I will report my receipt result tomorrow!xx

It's these ones that compare for the APG: http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Tissues_And_Toilet_Rolls/Velvet_Compact_Facial_Tissues_46.html
And you can use the coupons from the box tops if you have anyxx
