Big congrats to chatmum, for her new baby....:T

UM, hope everything goes well for DD. Lots of hugs for you ((((()))))

    Take care xx

    Thank you hun xx

Check up today went much better, so if things continue as they are right now, she won't need another op. Its been horrendous for her [and us] in more ways than one. Just have to see how things go over the next week now.

Hope all is good with you and your family. xx

Its pay day tomorrow. First stop after dropping off kids will be Superdrug for their bargains.

This is the reason I have not been on here for a few days - the 10p and 20p Superdrug bargains are brilliant! I have been stocking up on Colgate, toothbrushes, Listerine, dental floss etc :D Works out even cheaper than using the Colgate MOCs at the minute :p
colgate total sensitive not sure if 75ml or 100ml but was 87p
(ran our of coupons so not got yet,and can't see online so maybe store specific) (use 50p coupon)
    colgate pro relief 75ml £2.37 T £2.50A (use 50p coupon)
    colgate total 100ml 2x£3 T & S ( use 2 x 50p coupons)
colgate total 100ml advanced clean £1A or 4for £3 (use 4x 50p coupons) so this ones £1 for 4 tubes

I usually put things like that at the start of the shopping then they will appear at the top of your receipt which makes it easier for the SA to see when they look to see what you paid ;) - I also find if I helpfully point it out to them I can cover up the bottom of the receipt where the multibuy discounts are shown :whistle: :rotfl:

This is a great plan Martin :rotfl: ;)

I just wish I coud find the 20p bargains, all they had in my little store was 1 listerine and 1 sd shower gel at 20p. I had visions of coming out with bags full like someone else did in the pic posted earlier!!

Hi, thanks for posting this as I bought 2 packs of mushrooms but didnt notice I paid full price for both. I still have the receipt but I bought them on the 23rd June. Is it too late to take the receipt in for dtd? I have never done dtd before. Is there a time limit? Thanks

So long as the SEL or offer is still current when you go to customer service you should be fine but if the price has changed since you might have problems getting your DTD
Morning all. I think my clubcard has been 'tagged' by T's as a heavy moc user..... Yesterday I used the self checkout to get a few things, including a Little Swimmers single pack and used the £2 moc. Put the moc through first, no problem, and then scanned my clubcard. I had to go back in again a few hours later grrrr as I'd forgotten mushrooms! So thought I would do the same again, but this time I scanned my clubcard first. When I scanned my moc it alerted the CS and wouldn't let me progress. Needless to say she spotted the price difference so I didn't bother using the £2 moc, will keep it for another day!
Something worth thinking about if anyone is wanting to use the self checkouts.

:eek: This happened to me last week but I thought it was just because they have a £2 / £2.50 MOC limit on the self scan tills?

The problem is - I have been to 3 Superdrugs now and only one of them was showing the reduced prices. The other 2 still had full price SELs even though they were 20p. Bit of a faff if you have to get the SA to double check all your prices :o The staff in the 1st store must be very efficient :p Either that or they are in search of bargains for themselves :D (Sorry guys - I am taking us off topic now!)

Just tried this and it didn't work properly. The meat offer/discount kicked in but not the 3 wines for a tenner. I tried it on 2 diff lots of wine and still no joy. I may have got the wrong ones:o
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    Hiya all,
Sorry i have been quiet, my OH has a ear abcess thing, and he is in agony, he has a hospital appointment tomorrow and all signs point to him being hospitalized i think i will have a mini break down if this happens!
Anyway, hope everyone is well xx

Hope your OH gets some treatment that works really quickly. I can imagine that the pain must be agonising if it's anything like an abscess under a tooth. Try and stay strong for him.
