Secondly, I'm sorry to hear you were unable to use all your conditional spend vouchers in our Failsworth store. I understand your frustration.
The vouchers in question normally state on them if it's only one that can be used per transaction so if it did not then there should not be a problem. We will accept the vouchers providing all conditions on them have been met. Although the final say is down to the Manager's discretion.
We continually review our own business strategy and how we perform within the competitive retail sector. By accepting another retailer's coupons, we need to understand how much of a benefit this is to our customers, in comparison to the value it gives to our own business.
At the moment we accept conditional spend coupons from the following competitors:
ASDA
Morrisons
Boots
Sainsburys
Co-op/Summerfield
Marks & Spencer
Waitrose
Aldi
Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for contacting us about this.
So down to manager disgression ~ fantastic ~ so its all just guess work as to wether you have a troutish manager
and this from a national store !!!!!!!!!!
Think I may email back saying how unhappy I am about this still heheNo. 16 in HCCSC:jFull Time Uni Student & Glitcher :j

your 4 conditional spend coupons, did they total £70? or more?
If it was £5 off £50, £4 off £40, £6 off £60, £2 off £20, then you would have really have had to have spent £170.
Most stores will not accept multiple conditional spends, if the total spend is not met as above. Some peeps on here have been very lucky to find their Ts have accepted all 4 as above on just one spend off £50 or £70. But the store does have the right to refuse.0
