You can, saw a clip on youtube, basically you get a squeezy bottle like the red plastic ones you find ketchup in at cafe's etc, fill that up with the liquid soap and then poke the nozzle into the top of the dettol bottle, easy when you know how. Some people have made holes on the bottom on the bottle to put the new liquid in but as long as you have some kind of long nozzle you can squeeze it through the rubber seal bit (you know the bit where the soap comes out) hope this rambling makes some sense.

    Lovely thanks :)

Do you order it like normal goods or is it behind the counter?

You take it to the normal tills and then it goes through the tills and you're given a reservation number for the collection area just like if you were buying an item :)
