I've never understood the logic behind this product.

Why be worried about touching a soap dispenser when the reason you are dispensing soap in the first place is because you are going to wash your hands immediately after... and any germs on your hands will have been transfered to the tap before washing and be there again when you turn the tap off.
    :rotfl:

I was thinking the same and had just been saying this to my OH

OH, where are my manner good evening all.

My hubby said exactly the same thing when we first saw the soap dispenser advertised on TV. He said unless you can get a tap which turns itself on and off by itself, there isn't really any point to it.

I use a paper towel to turn off the tap at work, bin it then use another to open the doors on the way back to my desk, then finally use alcohol hand gel:rotfl:.

Did my first proper coupon shop tonight after suffering Tesco DTD withdrawal symptoms. Managed to womble a receipt and buy a fab whoopsie too;).

Used the Dove vouchers for 2xbottles of deoderant that were BOGOF in tesco. Also got some ariel actilift and a bag of the frozen rice.

I had intended buying one of the handsfree soap dispensers but T was out of stock. Headed over to Asda and they were reduced to clear for £6. Wasn't willing to pay the difference though but my Mother got one.

While I was in Asda my DS spotted a packet of whoopsied herbs for the grand sum of 1p so that'll keep the rabbit happy tonight.

Think I could get used to this coupon thing:D.

Cheap all in one printer for anyone who hasn't got one. Someone has posted there is a £5 printable voucher, so seems ideal for £20

Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

It may be worthwhile putting in your Mothers asda receipt into the Asda Guarantee http://www.asdapriceguarantee.co.uk/ as you should get some money back for the dispenser, but it depends what else you bought. It would also be interesting to know if they price match the dispenser as I am having trouble finding them, so it would be great to be able to buy from Asda and get Tesco price and 10%

Oh never thought of that however we also bought a refill for it that was reduced to clear so that might cancel out any refund.

Morning - just read this and wanted to say it is price matched on the APG but be careful to get the Cucumber one as that is the one matched up on MySupermarket (can't add link here atm as MyS down for maintenance).

Bought 2x dispensers in Asda on Sunday, APG back yesterday no probs.

    HTH :) xx
