Be warned this company has a habit of sending out things with parts missing. Make sure you check all contents of the boxes before you put them away for christmas day. Every parcel Ive received from them so far as had parts missing. Customer services are good and you do get your parts eventually but theres no way I would order from them so near to christmas.

I've heard people mention this before but I've ordered from them about 10 times and never had any problems with parts missing.

The only problem I've had was 2 items missing from an order which were despatched the next day with a freebie for the inconvenience.

I would still use the company, they have some excellent bargains. I just wouldnt want anyone to open their presents christmas day or come to build toys up christmas eve and find parts missing.

I have used them a few times but have had wrong items delivered or products that do not work. Saying that I would use them again as their after-sales customer service is excellent
