Low rent property search

I'm looking to find a property in NI with a low rent.
I'm looking at the websites gumtree/belfast, propertypal, propertynews, daft.ie , am I missing any useful ones?
The starting figure is £100 per month, and working my way lower if possible. The budget is the driving factor, it's just for myself, so I'm prepared 'to rough it' so to speak, without risking health and personal safety.
Location wise, anywhere within commuting distance of Belfast, but somewhere in the greater Newry area is preferred.
Thanks for any tips.

You seem to have all the sites covered in your search Michael, I can only suggest trying local papers small adverts as well. The main stumbling block may well be your budget
As I'm sure from your searches so far you will have found not a lot for the £100 per month mark. You will probably have more luck looking for lodgings in a private home or subletting a room in an existing rental home, but even at £100 pm you may not have much luck.
Good luck in your search.I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0 -

£100 isn't going to get you a cardboard box around Newry, or anywhere else for that matter.
I really don't see you getting anything for less than £400 pm. I understand that your budget is the main driver here, but TBH I think you need to be a little more realistic. It must be 20 years since a monthly rental was £100.
As stevey has mentioned, your cheapest option may be a room in a private house, but you may need to revise your starting figure up to ~£150 pm even for that. I suspect that you will have the same problem across NI, not just in Newry.0 -
A shared house would seem to be the best option. Also you say 'commuting distance to Belfast' - living in Belfast (if possible) would save you a lot of money on transport. There are bound to be areas where you would be able to rent a room in a shared house for £150pm.
Gumtree and the Belfast Telegraph are probably your best bet.
