Credit file clean-up help please :)

Ok so I've been discharged nearly 6 months and have got my credit files.

I have mistakes with HSBC, Halifax, Black Horse and Northern Rock.

Where can I find out the address for the data controllers for these organisations?

Also, there are 2 entries each for both HSBC and Halifax (current account and credit card with both). Do I need separate letters and addresses for the current account and credit card?

I know HSBC have the same "group" data controller for all their products. Or at least they did a few years back.

Not sure about Halifax/HBOS though?

I can't use that link. I put in HSBC and it gives me 73 records.

On another note I have noticed I am still financially associated with my ex. To cut a long story short, house repossessed, negative equity, I went bankrupt. She hasn't.

Associated with the old mortgage account.

When will this association dissapear (if at all)?

Halifax is part of HBOS.

So: HBOS PLC

Try HBOS Plc for Halifax (Halifax and Bank of Scotland merged)
