I was just wondering if anyone uses
dooyoo, ciao or yougov and what you think of it?
is it worth joining? and do you find it helpful/useful
how much time do you put into it to get rewarded for it?

The short answer is no.
I joined dooyoo and after writing so many reviews I only had a small amount of points. Not all reviews receive points which is a trick in their book to make you work and work without getting rewarded.
Yougov, where do I begin? You need to collect 5000 points to qualify for a £50 cheque. It's now taken me over 3 years and I have only managed 3300 points. I will have to wait another couple of years to get my money. It's not that I don't do their surveys, it's that they don't come often enough. YouGov is another company taking advantage of people.
I don't know about Ciao.0 -
I have been a member of dooyoo for about a year and I get on with it really well. You are paid between 10p and 60p for each review you do then a penny or 2 for each view you get (the more you read of others, the more they'l read of yours) and the money can rack up quite quickly. I have had 3x £50 payouts and 2x £20 amazon vouchers.
If you keep at it and involve yourself in the community you will make a good amount.
Also, if you spend some time on your review and right a decent thorough one, you can get nominated for what they call a crown, this means you get awarded an extra £1.50 for that review which is good.Dooyoo fund: £14.26

I'm a member of Ciao - I only joined it for the paid surveys, but the survey part later branched out into Toluna. I've only done two reviews, so I only have a few pence, and I put a banner on my website but I don't think that's doing any good."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0

Thanks for your responses guys, i'm new to this forum so really appreciate it.
Rach1989 i've decided to give dooyoo a try as you've got on well with it and MikeR71 I will let you know
how it goes and if I get anything back from them.
Ciao is another i've heard the name of quite a bit.. but then got put off as the payout isn't by vouchers or cheque.
Will see how dooyoo goes and whether I can put more time into it before I try others also.0
