Having received two emails 1. Confirming my new account details. &
2. Confirming my order details.
I later received a third Very Unprofessional "get out" email stating that my
payment card details appear to be incorrect, and to Please re-order.
This is plain and simply nonsense :mad:0 -
Also got the email about 'incorrect information' in the order, please reorder.:mad:
This is just an excuse not to fulfill the order, plain and simple! :mad:
I always double check my address/card details before submitting any online order so I know the details I gave them were 100% accurate.
I have fired off an email to Gameplay's CS but I don't expect to get any kind of resonable response from them0 -
