Help re Equifax report

Hi all,
I have just looked at my Equifax report and have a question.
A while back, I took out a bank charges dispute with a bank, and ended up having to go to the ombudsman - I lost.
Since then, I have not heard anything from the bank about it at all.
Looking at my Equifax report re the account concerned, the following info is there.
Current balance: £0
Status: Settled
Default / delinquent balance: £900
Default date: empty
Does that mean they have forgot about it?

no they wont of forgot, just not updated your file fullyDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Even though it says 'settled' and gives a date of satisfaction?
Last date of update was Feb this year.0
