strange phone call!!??

Hi fellow compers i was just wondering if somebody could give me some guidance?
I have just recieved a phonecall. when i picked up the reciever it was a womans voice on a recorded message saying could i ring them back to arrange delivery of my radio on 0701 113 4620.
I havnt ordered a radio or anything from anywhere but there is a possibility its a competition as have entered hundreds over the past 2 months but i am still suspicious it could be a scam and if i ring the number i will get charged bucket loads of moneyon my phone bill.
I know there is some way of seaching phone numbers on the internet but i dont know how to go about it so if anyone could give me some info on how i can do it i would really appreciate it.

It's a scam - you'll be charged £1.50 a minute (not the £15 on connection the urban myth says) for a long call, and there will be no radio delivered after all that. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.How sweet it is to do nothing..... and then rest afterwards.0

Even though you didn't fall for this scam, please report them to ICSTIS (the premium phone number regulator) - freephone (!) number available from google I would have thought- for investigation
They recently investigated a similar scam where cards that looked like they were 'sorry to have missed you' cards from the Royal Mail, asking you to call an 09 number to rearrange delivery of a radio- a total scam. Think the company got a massive fine as a result! So it's definitely worth reporting even if you haven't lost out.0 -
