The Mortgage Trust

Hi all,
has anyone had any dealings with the company "mortgage trust", they seem to have very good buy to let rates but I've never heard of them.
Any advice would be welcome.

Mortgage Trust was the new name for Britanic Money (changed a few years back)

They now specialise in buy to lets and are a relatively large player in the market but watch out for large arrangement fees on this type of mortgage. That low 2 year fixed rate suddenly doesn't seem that attractive if you add the arrangement fee. Also have it in mind that "free" remortgage deals are still relatively uncommon for buy to lets so add in the costs of remortgaging if you don't want to fall onto their SVR.
