for anyone who has not yet received their foundation I just got this reply:
Thank you for your email.
Your replacement foundation sample was sent second class via Royal Mail last week.
You should receive this no later than Friday the 3rd June 2011.
In order to prevent further delays I’ve sent another sample to you today. You should receive this Wednesday the 1st June or Thursday the 2nd June 2011.
Once again, we are sorry for the delay in getting your sample out to you.
