Digimate 17 1715 Amazon Spec??

greetings,
i have been looking around for some time for a tft monitor and i know the digimate 17inc 1715 at the amazon website is available.
i have seen some of the customer reviews on there website and a few of them have said they are recieving the newer upgraded model? the amazon website still shows the older spec and the digimate website only has the newer spec.
can anyone who has bought one of these from amazon website and can confirm they have also recieved the updated model below:
new spec: responce time 12s
contrast : 500.1
brightness: 300.1 cd
old spec: responce time 16ms
contrast : 350.1
brightness: 260cd
i have sent an email to amazon asking for this but i havnt had a reply yet.
cheers for any help anyone can give me!
