Ooh and the top one is a FAB little set. My son got it Christmas 2009 and was playing with itt htis weekend too- as you say the POTC craze has brought it right back out.

The playmobil shark had a huge part in this weekends imaginary play too!!

About twice the height, maybe a little more. HTH

EDIT Just measured the one in my bag- he is a shade under 3 inches
