Not very impressed. 1st try didn't print anything and now its gone off facebook. I assume a technical fault. Managed to print the vouchers off took them to my local Co-Op and was told that I couldn't have the products because the vouchers wouldn't scan0

It won't scan because it's not a co-op barcode. Mine had the same problem with rustlers. They called the manager over who just said deduct the price of the rustler.

I did call the manager over but he didn't have a clue, he phoned there customer services dept and even contacted there computer department who also didn't have a clue, was kept waiting for about 15 mins while he tried to sort it out, and in the end he said that I could have the products without any charge because of the wait
but he said that any future vouchers that don't scan wouldn't be accepted0 -
Seems that they don't like negative feedback at Bird's Eye Facebook posted about the vouchers not working
and my comments disappeared I thought that's strange so I posted them again and they disappeared as well :eek:0 -

The gremlins have got into our voucher system! We're working on a fix for it and will get it up and running as soon as we possibly can. thanks for your patience.0
