Has anyone used Tesco Value laundry detergent? Is it any good or will i just be wasting my money? I need to cut back this weeks shopping to the bear min, as i've got £20 to get a weeks shopping. I think i can do this as i don;t need loads of stuff this week.
I have been using Tesco's own cause that was £1.79 but it's gone up now to£2.40 or something.

Do you mean the value washing powder -the one in a bag (much better than a box I think)?
If so, yes, I use this all the time, and I find it to be a very good product. I think there is a lot of "snobbery" surrounding washing powders/gels/tablets/capsules etc..... which I refuse to get "sucked in" to.0 -
A friend gave me two to try a while back...one was in the plastic bag and another was in the box, the bag one worked fine but the box was rubbish! Didn`t get anything clean unless I hot washed it, and even then....
I have no Tesco near me but if I did, I think it`d be a false economy to buy the box value detergent."Ignore the eejits...it saves your blood pressure and drives `em nuts!"

I used it ages ago - once. Then found myself mixing it with other ones just to use it up.
It's funny because until that time I just thought their own brand stuff was just value stuff rebranded, but I do use their own brand washing tablets and find them absolutely fine. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
i used to use it however they changed it, and it just went all clumpy in the drawer so i stopped, you could try the value laundry liquid instead it's suppose to be quite good and it's not too expensiveDEC GC £463.67/£450
