russia today is a russian tv news channel. they have free broascast quality videos which anyone can download and use. you do need to register to download but that free aswell. heres a bit from their FAQ:

considering royalties are hundreds to thousands of pounds they are giving u the same quality media for free can't complain. all videos are in english but you can add your own sound if you want.
