Detox Foot Patches

Hi, Has anyone tried Detox Foot Patches, they are really good, you just have to put 1 on each foot at night for about 5 days and drink lots of water, its really a good simple way of losing weight. :)

    They are a complete con.

The colour change that occurs in them happens whatever you stick them to.

There is no way that 'toxins' or calories can be lost from the body by sticking something to your foot.

Drinking lots of water helps the body's natural (and perfectly good) 'detox' systems - the liver and kidneys - work a bit better. But don't pay money for something that can't and doesn't work.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Yes, because the REAL way to lose weight is through the base of your feet whilst you sleep don't-cha-know, never mind all that calories-in-vs-calorie-out rubbish!

    Seriously!

If they did work, if there were ANY scientific backing what so ever, if they really were a valuable weight loss tool, doctors would be prescribing them to overweight and obese patients instead of adding them to the stomach-band waiting list or handing over Allie/weight loss tips.
