IPAD2 AND £10 GIFT CARDS PRIZE DRAW TERMS OF ENTRY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PRIZE DRAW. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1- Start and end dates: The competition begins at 15:00 PM. GMT on 18/05/2011 and ends at 20:30 GMT on 26/06/2011.

2- How to enter: You must share at least one piece of content displayed on your BuzzSeed.com dashboard to a social networking site. You will earn 1 additional entry in the draw for each unique user that clicks on your unique link or views a video you share. (See section 3 for definition of a genuine unique user). The number of entries per entrant is unlimited.

3- Genuine Unique views: Only genuine unique views / clicks on your Unique URL are valid as entries to the competition. A genuine unique view /click is defined as a user clicking the link for the first time or clicking the play button to start viewing the video. Users must set their browser to enable cookies. Views from users who have disabled cookies will not count as entries to the competition. Any additional views by users will be detected by our tracking software and will not count as entries. All recorded views and entries will be consolidated on an ongoing basis and are subject to removal as valid entries if suspected as not being genuine unique views.


4- Prizes: There is 1 first prize of a brand new iPad 2 in black, 16gb with wifi. Their are also 10 runners up prizes of either a £10 Amazon e-gift card or a £10 Topman or Topshop gift card. The Winner will be selected in a random drawing taking place on or about 12/06/2011 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be emailed to provide their address (and choice of gift card for runners up) and the prizes will be sent by post (1st class special deliver for the iPad2, standard 2nd class for gift cards) within 30 days of 26/06/2011.

5- £25 Dermatologica clean start rewards: If you reach 250 valid entries into the prize draw before the end of the competition, you are entitled to a Dermatologica clean start sample pack with a RRP of £25. Before confirming you have reached 250 entries, all entries will be consolidated using our sophisticated tracking software to ensure all entries are as a result of genuine unique views. Once the entries have been confirmed, you will be emailed to let you know you have earned a bonus reward and to provide an address for postage. The packs will be posted out within 30 days of the end of the competition. You will not be entitled to more than 1 Dermatologica clean start sample pack regardless of your total number of entries.


6- Announcing the winners: The winner will be picked using a random number generator on or around 8:30 pm on 26thth June 2011. The winner will be announced through the BuzzSeed facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/buzzseed ) and by email shortly afterwards.

7- Breaches & Disqualification
You shall not, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to:
directly or indirectly generate views or impressions of or clicks on through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means, including but not limited to through repeated manual clicks, the use of robots or other automated query tools and /or computer generated search requests, and/or the unauthorized use of other search engine optimization services and/or software;edit, modify, filter, truncate or change the order of the information contained in any Sponsored Like Link ; Display your Unique URL any Web page or any Web site that contains any hate-related, violent, pornographic, adult or illegal content;
create a new account to use the Program after BuzzSeed has terminated this Agreement with You as a result of your breach of this Agreement;engage in any action or practice that reflects poorly on BuzzSeed.com or otherwise disparages or devalues BuzzSeed.coms reputation or goodwill.

Any attempt to artificially generate clicks on your URL using automated software will result in disqualification from the competition. Any attempt to repeatedly view the video by one user by adjusting browser settings to try and avoid detection by our tracking will result in a warning by email. Further attempts will result in your account being disabled and you will be disqualified from the competition.
