No 'one size fits all' answer I am afraid. It depends on where you live, how much gas/electricity you use, how you wish to pay etc.
The internet only(paper free) tariffs tend to be cheaper, but you need to use a comparison website to check which is best for you - make sure you enter annual kWh - estimate if you don't know consumption for new house. UK average is 16,500kWh gas and 3,300kWh electricity.0
