I'm with Tesco - and have been able to add business use part way through with no additional cost, my partner is the second driver and he too has been added as business use - again no cost
Yes, but the OP may have 'clouded the issue' with Tesco because she's not the policy holder, her sister is.

And I'm guessing - perhaps wrongly - that sister is

    a) older and

    b) has held a full licence for longer leading to

    c) is a better insurance risk and possibly

    d) named as the 'main' driver.

So, the OP phones up requesting business cover because it's needed for a new job - Tesco think "hang on a mo, she's not the policy holder, she's not the main driver, if she WERE the main driver this policy would be costing £X00 more, something's not right here".

yeah true i agree with this, but icant believe why the manager hasnt sent me out the training certificates:( as other workers i had met in training had already started working ad did training after a couple of weeks into work which isnt right! i just cant be asked in a way to ring up the manager and lisen to her crap. i just come back from holiday and got chattin to a care worker, she advised me that i get my certificates and ask for refund off my crb? and uniform, deep down i think i should make the call but knowing the manager she might just say you cant get the certificates until you join etc :(
