Nothing else happened this evening. Hope that is the end of it. The boy who knocked at the door is in my son's class.

On the flying front I'm still filing my frog
  • Minion suitably returned by KH. Minion muttering darkly about how he thinks he can get away with claiming he buys her presents when 'he doesn't know a thing about me' :(

I have already wrapped her presents and stashed them under the stairs, gone shopping for food suitable for Minion's best friend, who has suspected coeliac disease (enlisting the help of a random woman browsing the gluten free foods in the supermarket), rescheduled the birthday film trip to the day before as the day itself only seem to be showing some JLS rubbish, kept the original day for just the party instead, got Minion to phone her friends to advise them of the changes, stuck a nice new lampshade up in her room, and have just one day to make sure she does her room, shop for the fresh foods and generally get ready so that there are no unpleasant surprises.

Unfortunately, I also dozed off for about an hour this afternoon, so I have no hope of sleeping yet.

I really should scrub that kitchen floor....

Evening all, another late night for me. :o

Not got much done today really, well not much off the list anyway, but I've been feeling iffy all day so have taken it easy. Aunt Flo doesn't like me ATM :( Hopefully a bath & a good night sleep (minus the thunderstorm tonight I hope!) will help me feel better.

Not going to post my frog list as its massive and includes decorating & to-buy stuff but I'll grab 2 jobs at a time off it, starting off with the quickest :p

Today I've mainly done washing & played Monopoly with DD who somehow managed to beat me! Also did a potter around the livingroom tidying up, and it looks much better than it did :D DD will be helping out with the jobs tomorrow since she decided to procrast about having a bath and it was gone 8.30pm before we sat down for tea (I was hoping to have it around 5.30pm like normal!) because I didn't realise the time. :o

If its gone its done or not applicable or can't be done :p

    Morning All

The girls have been up for a while so they can't have had much sleep and after I put them the tent up as requested in the LR I think they slept upstairs. I think they want to go to the pics this morning to see Mars Needs Mums which is the kids' film on at Vue so it looks like I'll be taking a trip to Newcastle.

First job this morning is to put the washing on the line and get another load of washing on.

I suppose I ought to make a start really.

    Have a good day all

up early again :) going to go and grab something to eat and then hang out 2 loads of washing. will then update list and see what i can get on with.

got a tip run or two to do with things from the new house, old dismantled wardrobe is in bits so that and the carpet have to be tipped first thing so that OH can get on with painting our skirting boards as he then wants to make a start on the spare room.

then im going to come back and clean up here for a bit, and then take more stuff round the new house. im leaning towards taking lots of crockery and cutlery and just leaving ourselves 1 set each. hoping to move in next weekend as the living room will be done as will our bedroom and the kitchen :D

ok enough procrastinating. something quick to eat then washing and then a frog (BACKING UP MY LAPTOP)
