Current best buy fixed rates 85% LTV

What are the best deals people have seen for 2yr fixed rates at 85% LTV. We would be looking to lend £148,750 on a £175,000 purchase.
I spoke to a whole of market advisor who came up with 4.69% which I work the monthly repayments out at approx £770. I have seen one with Norwich and Peterborough BS for 3.99% (but has an arrangement fee of £995) which I work out monthly payments to be £709. In my calculation this is still cheaper as £61pm over 24mths is £1464
Anyone seen any better deals than this? Or any great rate 5 year fixed would also be considered.

HSBC, 2 Year Discount Special, 85% LTV, 2.99% for two years then 3.94%
ING Direct also appear competitive but they are a Dutch bank so I'm not sure of the regulatory situation.
