legit windows xp home or pro

Hi,
I want to upgrade from millenium to XP, i know there's a lot of hookey copies out there, and to be fair i've been offered a few from guys at work, but ideally i'd like to be legit if i can, but i'm not paying top dollar for the privelige.
i did see something on grabbit a few weeks ago but i cant seem to pull it up anymore. anyone know what the site was, or recommend somewhere that does it at a half reasnoable price (£50 ish or there abouts)

These copies are fully legit but they are meant to be for system builders.

You may need to also purchase something like a cheapo cable as one of the conditions of sale as well to show you are a system builder.

This is the most cost effective way of getting XP.

I've had 2 of the CD's from ebuyer with no probs at all.
