Please where did you get your Stardrops from? I've never found any...would they be in the washing powder aisle? What does the packaging look like please? Thanks!0

My local Sainsbury stocks both Stardrops and Starclens. They are very cheap. Stardrops is 70p. I usually just try something to see if it works. I had run out of wash powder at the weekend so tried about 2 tbspns of Stardrops, it was not too bad but there was a slight odour of amyl nitrate after they`d dried, which disappeared quickly. I presume that is one of the active ingredients. I guess it should be fine in the DW.0

I dont use them in the dishwasher, but i do use them to wash dishes in the sink.....especially burned-in pans, they work a treat!!
For the dishwasher, i use Tesco value washing powder (they do a liquid now too), about a dessertspoon full for my 1/2 size machine.0
