iv had a quick look and theres skype and skype out(which you have to pay for)
can you call ANY landline number for free using skype or do you have to pay for the skypeout service?
what numbers are excluded from the free calls?
do i need broadband?

I think you have to pay to phone landlines but pc calls are free, and I think you need broadband, havent got dial up so don't know if it will work or not. I'm just using normal skype to use over the intenet like you would msn etc.
