Have just seen this in my local newspaper. There does not appear to be an expiry date so i have just added one for a month away. All you do is complete a form with your details. It is worth £40,000 and you can pick a park near where you live for the location of the caravan you win.

Park Leisure Win a Caravan Holiday Home Prize Draw
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged over 18 with a permanent UK address, except employees of Park Leisure 2000 Ltd and associated companies.
Only one entry per person, per household is permitted.
Only correctly completed entries with correct contact details will be accepted and entered into the prize draw.
No purchase is necessary.
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the closing date on 30th November 2011.
Lost, delayed or illegible entries will not be accepted, and proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
The prize is a caravan holiday home up to the value of £40,000 sited at a Park Leisure park. Park Leisure reserves the right to select the make and model of the caravan holiday home.
No cash or other alternative prize is available.
Prize does not include optional fittings.
The winner will be responsible for associated yearly fees and running costs, e.g. gas, electricity, rates, insurance, repairs and maintenance.
Participating parks are not open all year round and may be closed during winter months.

Just to add....yes, they do ring you to sell you a holidy home...or a holiday in a holiday home. I was quite polite but had to get very firm!
