Ladder - 3 or 4 rung step ladder

Looking for a 3 or 4 rung step ladder to be used indoors for changing light bulbs etc. The ones available from wilkos are suitable for anyone who is under 15 stones.
The user is around 20 stones. The obvious place to visit is B&Q or wickes. Had a look at amazon but found nothing suitable/cheap.
Is there any websites or stores that cater for this apart from the obvious
thanks

I have just bought a 2 step/stool from Argos. Not as high as you were asking for but it seems adequate for changing light bulbs and reaching top kitchen cupboards. Price is £11.99 and weight limit 150 Kilos which I think is about 23st.0
