Thats been on here b4 and I beleive it to be a scam. Please do not enter your details into it unless you get good references. And good references can come from MSE'rs but only with over 50 post count!0

It's not 'GUARANTEED' to be a scam, but i'd say it is highly likely. This was originally posted quite a while agoe, by a new user. The new user happened to be the guy who was registered as 'WHOIS' for that site, and nobody has received it yet!0

plus the same guy (Ryan?) posted links here at the same time for other "free" sites (stressball, etc) so we thought he was behind them all.0
