Fatface codes from free game, £5 off & free p&p

i got free p&p thru one email address, and £5 off thru another, neither worked..... bah humbug.:mad:

it seems they've cancelled all the vouchers for this promotion aswell as all the voucher codes for other promotions (see other threads on fatface on the forum).

I guess they didn't think people would see a pattern with XM6V3, and XM6V4... and be able to predict the other codes, and that coupled with the fact that their system accepts more than one code, and messes up the discount when more than one is applied...



I've had a free order cancelled ... no explanation given ... they really ought to consider re-drafting their terms and conditions though ... "If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions."
There is a reasonable argument that they are in breach of the contract since according to their terms the "formed" a contract at that point

I received an email with the XM6V6 code (for 10% off) this morning, so that should still work OK.
