I bought a pair of slippers once in a SD store and they didn't fit later. So brought back and was refunded on a gift card only, useable for 18 months.

Sports Direct are notoriously bad about returns (see the Vent Board), so make sure you ask when you buy if you can bring them back if they don't fit, and keep the receipt safe. I don't recall seeing changing rooms in Sports Direct so you should be allowed to return them.

They've got changing rooms in my Sports Direct

They don't have a leg to stand on - pay cash and keep receipt - no worries.

I've bought three pairs of womens jeans from SD and they are actually Lee Cooper jeans on offer not Lee which doesn't matter to me but might do to some.

They are quite long, I haven't measures them but at a guess would say a 32' length and are pretty much true to size.

    Hope this helps someone.

they aren't bad at returns you just need to keep your receipt which your find is true in most shops.

they also wouldn't be so "bad" if people didn't buy else where, lose the receipt and think because its a cheap shop they'd accept returns without a receipt thats how they lose business.

and most sports directs have changing rooms but even if they don't you can just return the item for a exchange or gift card they just don't do cash refunds for the same reason mentioned.

Oh and the Lee Coopers are true to size and length i bought a few last time they were on offer and have done again, i'm 5 ft 5 and they fit fine in length.

Mine arrived yesterday. Bought two pairs, same size, different colour. The lighter blue are slightly too small and definitely longer; the dark blue have some stretch in them and aren't quite as long. So "true to size and length"? Hmmmm. Both are acceptable, but they are definitely not identical.

Got 2 pairs today, only a few pairs left in the shop, mainly 14's and 16's, managed to get 2 12 regular who fit me ok, and I've paid with my £10 gift card I've won on the Barclays competition a few months ago! So a great freebie for me!! Thanks OP!!xx

Quality wise they are ok, but quite thin, no way I would've paid £40 for a pair.

If you see them in store they are all ever so slightly different not just the colour but style and fabric content too.
