Why don't they sell Liz Earle in Boots?

Boots sell high end stuff, Liz Earle is very popular, why don't they sell Liz Earle & other cult buauty products in Boots?

Think of the points:j The 3 4 2:j The £5 off vouchers:j

It can't be because its not popular enough?
Its in John Lewis......
It can't be that Boots is not upmarket enough, Boots sell stuff much more expensive & QVC is hardly high end.....

Because Liz and Avon who own the brand, do not want to sell it at Boots.

QVC will sell tens of thousands of units per show. Liz Earle has its own stand alone store where they do facials for £80+ in London now.

Yep, Estee Lauder and Clinique used to be the same, it took Boots decades to be allowed to stock them despite having all the other prestige brands.

  • Boots and Liz Earle do seem a good fit to me. I imagine that they just couldn't agree on who makes what out of the deal.

Liz Earle/Avon are very controlling over the rights to sell their stuff. I know of a beauty website that wanted to sell cleanse and polish as a featured product in 'cult beauty' and they were not interested. They are keeping a tight grip on the brand, probably to make it appear more exclusive.
  • Finally the greatest combination in all the land is upon us!

The Liz Earle Facebook page announced recruitment for flagship Boots stores so it shouldn't be long guys!

Anyone thinking 3 for 2 is deluded!!!! It will be treated the same as say Estee Lauder, Dior etc.

There is a list of stores online which will sell it, I believe only 5 throughout the whole UK.

I see Glasgow is one of them but it's Glasgow Fort which is a shopping centre/retail park in the east of the city and not one of the main ones in the city centre.

Great news about the Glasgow Fort! I live in the East End so it's only about 15 minutes drive away :-)
    Thanks for that update, Skyllo.

I live in the opposite end and I'm minus a car, shame! Maybe they'll branch out a bit more if it's a success.
