Yes it is sad and I would trade everything I have in if I could only have him back.
But this is why I have to carry on the good work. I owe it to him and to my children to get something positive out of something so dreadful. To be debt free by the time they leave school is something he would have helped with had he been in a position to do so while he was alive.
I see it being that I could have blown the inheritance on a new car or something else that would be gone instantly. At least by reducing my debts with it I am investing in our future.
That's not the only way I have been reducing it though - good old fashioned hard work, "beans on toast weeks" and saving the pennies have all contributed!:T :T :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground.
