So with a week to go....I've been told I need to book some activity for my friend's hen party.
At the moment Go Karting is sold out, and everything else is a mini bus away which is no surprise.
Has anyone done anything in Edinburgh or have any ideas of whats about in the city?
I think we might have to resort to dancing lessons of some sort, trying to avoid pole dancing at all costs, I have no muscle in my arms or stomach haha

Define activity?! A1 paintball will pick you up from city centre and drop you back. A ghost walk? That would be good! I done the cocktail class at revelution for mine and it was fab, would really recommend.0

I've sent you a p.m., didn't want to post what we're doing for my daughters hen night just in case she reads this :rotfl:.0

There is a place just on the outskirts that does quad biking or here is a link for salsa dancing (although you would be cheaper finding the place yourself rather than going through them)

She was pretty loose with the term active, I was hoping for white water rafting...but that got an instant no haha.
Thanks for tips, much appreciated. We've left this all very last minute which isn't helping matters!0 -
You won't get 'that' drunk but it will certainly set you up for a night out. Off the top of my head you get a welcome drink, a full cocktail each, a taste of everything thats made and 1-2 vodke shots each. The one at Revolution also comes with pizza and wedges afterwarsd which are generous portions.
After the cocktails we went to a few bars and then went to Electric Circus which is a private karaoke booth place just at the back of Waverely station and it was the best fun ever!!

I know of nowhere that does rafting unfortunately but what about climbing? http://www.eica-ratho.com/0 -
I would second the ghost walk suggestion - they are great fun!Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j
If all else fails, remember, keep calm and hug a spaniel!0 -
I went on a ghost walk on a friend's stag (mixed sex, great fun) and it was great. Apparently the tour down to Mary King's Close is amazing.
How about a boat trip on the Falkirk Wheel? Depends on your transport plans..0 -
I'm thinking of this for my hen night: http://www.mercattours.com/home.asp ghost walk! Not for everyone though.
What about a murder mystery evening? They can be pricey though.0 -
