Remortgage Guide

I logged onto the site this morning at 08:30. (When I got into work) I was expecting to be able to download the Remortgage guide that I was emailed about on Wednesday. But can't find it anywhere on the site. Have they all gone already, or am I not looking in the right place?

can anyone email me a copy, or is this not allowed?
