Has/ does anyone here work for NFU Mutual?

A position has come up locally for a job as an Account Executive with the NFU mutual. I submitted a somewhat speculative application and they have now invited me for interview.

I currently work in the financial services sector but in a branch based role for a high street bank

what attracted me is NFU's repuation as a mutual (more customer focused) and the fact the position is a higher salary than currently and comes with company car.

Anyone got any experience?
