vegetable cupcakes?

just been reading a magazine at the gym and I noticed an ad that selfridges are doing vegetable cupcakes. Courgette was one that states it uses no butter but vegetables instead. At £5 for 2 thought i would have a go myself but cant see any recipies. I found one on lurpak site which used half courgette and half butter but not any with no butter. Not sure if the ad meant that oil was used instead but they said they are 'healthy cakes' - and a bonus that you get some veg in my books but am not willing to pay £2.50 per cupcake no matter how pretty they are

no butter (not counting the buttercream) but you could make a glaze instead perhaps?

Not sure about a recipe but Harry Eastwood uses veg to replace a lot of the fat in her book - I haven't got it (I like fat:o) but it's got great reviews on Amazon
