Thanks reniannen, after a long spell some good news

I have not received it yet, so I've contacted them again and got an answer within 5 minutes from HeyUGuys.co.uk 's editor!

I am absolutely impressed and they going to make sure I'll get my copy asap.

They used to add it into the comp text when they wanted you to follow them on Facebook before entering, and I always put this in the post when they said that. I just checked and the Tangled competition didn't mention Facebook, I don't think any of their comps at the moment do.

Ah, you're right have checked and might have got confused with other comps... they post so many. Sorry for the confusion.
