What does the bit that says "special instruction Indicator : Arrangement " mean?? What dothe special insruction start and end dates mean?
This isn't on any of my other accounts? Is it anything to worry about ? As far as I am aware I haven't had any arrangements with Abbey ????

Comments

  • Think that just means it's an ongoing arrangement, ie not a debt as such.. just as account that is ongoing.

I know what you mean gs - but you do have a right to know what any entry they have made on your CRA file means. If you don't fancy ringing them, why not write instead?
