    My order still says processing and I've had no email confirmation, rang yesterday and was told it was on hold in case it was a duplicate and they'd ring me back, not heard anything yet :(

    I never had confirmation email and order still says 'processing' but I've just received dispatch email. The order is going to different address. Relieved, as I also got the message, ''this e-mail address is already registered'' in red!

    I had an email to say that 2 of my items are being refunded because they are OOS but the rest is being despatched. Can't wait.
