loan from the social fund with DRO??

hi i was just wondering i am in a DRO agreement and i was wondering if i would be able to get a loan from the DWP or would this break the conditions of the DRO?

    On a DRO you must not obtain credit of more than £500 without telling the lender that you have a DRO.
    If its less than £500 then it won't break your DRO (its £500 altogether so this assumes you don't have any other credit since your DRO).

    How can you hope to borrow more money when you have hung the people you already owe money to out to dry?

    Why would you even think there would be a lender willing to give you money?
