I ordered my card via eBay on 31 May and received it on 4 June! All for £1.49..............a bargain for a veritable feast!!!!!!!0

I ordered a 12 Month code for a card off Ebay (£2). Code arrived by email within a few hours. Filled in the TasteCard Online application and inserted the code. Immediate response from TasteCard that said accepted and that the card would arrive within 28 days. It actually arrived within 5 days on 31 May 2011. Card is valid until 6 June 2012. Used the Card at the weekend and saved £12. No problems using it and already £10 up on the deal.
I have also downloaded the App for the Blackberry. You can either search on area or postcode or if you want “near where I am”. This brings up all of the restaurants that accept the card as well as how close to you they are. The App also gives the details about when you can use it, what you can use it for, how many people are eligible for the discount, etc. I have a Blackberry Bold 9600 and I could not download via the sync to the PC as it said my phone was not supported. But I could download with no problems direct on to the phone via its browser. Well worth having for me as I do a lot of travelling and it will be handy to use to see where it is accepted close to where I may be.
They also do an App for the IPhone and Android. Have a look on their website or the App Store for your provider.0 -
My 3 month card came through last week, but I didn't realise getting codes from ebay could be so cheap. May give that a go as I do like eating out every now and again.0

Thank you so much for this info, I am new to apps but that is brilliant as last holiday as kept texting my sis to get her to look up places near our location that took the tastecard but this is much handier :-)
Thanks again, off to download the app for android now!0
