Celebrity Autographs Overseas?

Hi,

I would like to try and get some celeb autographs again, but have a question.

If I'm requesting an autograph from overseas, do I enclose an Stamped Addressed Envelope?

Or is there something else i should enclose?

Hi!

Studiofanmail.com is an autograph website BUT they are either pre printed or autopenned autographs. one of the downsides though is you have to send seperate emails for each autograph you want. if you send emails with multiple addresses in the address bar they will be automatically deleted but the upside is wherever you live they dont ask for any postage fees or SAE's!!! I have sent off for some but am waiting for them to arrive!!! Below are all the stars they represent!!

You can get a thing called an international reply coupon. Be aware though that even if you write to the stars, chances are it'll be an assistant, secretary or the pool boy who actually signed the autograph...

just found my answer lol Thanks guys!

"Sending an International Reply Coupon with your mailing means the recipient can reply to you for free or by paying only part of the postage cost. You can buy the coupons from most large Post Office branches for just 60p."

"A new version of the International Reply Coupon with an expiry date of 31st December 2009 will be available from Post Office branches from the 31st July 2006 and will cost 95p."

Those 'free autograph' folks represent none of those guys. Theres no way of proving the autograph they copy is 'original'. Best bet is to write to the show at the studio. They might have a stock of signed stuff, probably not personalised, but heck..

The magazine autograph collector has a list of celebs that you can write to. http://www.autographcollector.com/2006%20Dec/celebrityaddresses.html currently includes a contact address for the new Doctor Who girl.. They'll be either agents or the show's PR folks.

It can be true that some are signed by the secretary, or pre-printed signed and sent by the celeb, and some might charge.
