Wedding music

Hi

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for music to play (I think in the background) at our wedding ... We are marrying abroad and I have just found out that we can provide our own music, now obviously we have songs that are special to us but the service could be an hour long.. so we may need a few more!!

Any favourites amongst you all that we may not have thought of!?

Do you mean to play during the actual ceremony?
Normally you only have entrance/exit music & songs for signing the register. But if you're looking for stuff to play throughout, go for instrumental rather than songs, as song lyrics will be very distracting.
If you mean for before or after the ceremony thin it's different.
All depends on the setting, sound system etc.

We've also got about an hour before and after the ceremony when guests are arriving or mingling while the photos are being done. We've decided to go for instrumental as RainbowDrops suggested and plumped for rock/ classical group Bond which hopefully will appeal to most musical tastes

It's for during the ceremony. There are no guests, it's just the two of us! No entering or leaving the church as it's a beach wedding. It's just background music I think. We have a few of our special songs but I need to fill a few spaces lol!
